There is parking in the Darling harbor car parks and on-street parking in Mary Ann Street. From Central Station it a takes about a 5min walk through the Devonshire Street tunnel.
Cycling bikes can be put in the Garage.

 

CrossFit Sydney offer group and private PT sessions in CrossFit protocols and strength and conditioning formats for sport and life.
However due to the large amount of skill learning and new movement patterns you need to be familiar with in order to get the best from group sessions; CrossFit Sydney recommends completing the Fundamental 4 package before starting.

 

Group Session times

Monday - Friday: 0600, 0700, 1800

Saturday Open Session: 0800

3 x mornings per week for 4 weeks.

Utilising Kettlebells and other equipment used in CrossFit, this is a BootCamp with a difference! With a strong emphasis on technique and skill progression, this program is designed to prepare the individual with the required movement patterns used in the CrossFit Group sessions, and get serious results along the way!
