CrossFit Sydney offer group and private PT sessions in CrossFit protocols and strength and conditioning formats for sport and life.
However due to the large amount of skill learning and new movement patterns you need to be familiar with in order to get the best from group sessions; CrossFit Sydney recommends completing the Fundamental 4 package before starting.
