Group sessions on RAMP
$150 for 2x 30min Sessions.
Join our Group On Ramp designed for Complete Beginners to introduce the Crossfit method and progress you into the group sessions. Induction sessions are run on Tuesday or Thursday at 0700, 1200 or 1900 or can be arranged as one to one sessions. Book in via email.
Complete introduction to the essential movement and biomechanics and strategies utilized daily in Group Sessions (Front/Back/Overhead Squat, Press, Push Press/Jerk, Deadlift/Sumo Deadlift, Row/Run/Bike Biomechanics). Book in via email.
PERSONAL TRAINING ON RAMP
Want to get to Group Sessions but feel you need Personal Attention and Correction? We recommendbooking in for Screening and then a series of 30min Personal Training session with our coaches.
Screening 30min $100, Casual PT 30min $100
30min PT One or Twice a week, 4 week commitment, $70/session (direct debit)
45min PT One or Twice a week, 4 week commitment, $120/session (direct debit)
These sessions will prepare and teach the primary movement patterns and develop a tolerance for the High Intensity regimes that are common to Group Sessions.
